On September 11, 2025, a specialized skill training focusing on employees’ career growth was launched at Greenway Biotech. Nine sales assistants of the company gathered to participate in the specialized training on COA/MSDS/TDS. This learning journey themed "Consolidate Compliance Foundation, Empower Professional Services" injected new momentum into employees’ career progression.

As core compliance documents in the cosmetics and health food raw material industry, COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and TDS (Technical Data Sheet) are not only the "identity credentials" of product quality and safety, but also the key link connecting with customers in sales services. Delivered by senior trainers from the Technical & Quality Department, this training comprehensively interpreted the core logic of the three documents, covering document definitions, preparation standards, industry regulations, practical application and pain points in customer communication. Combining real cases of the company’s raw material products and business scenarios, the trainer translated abstract compliance requirements into actionable operating guidelines, enabling participants to fully grasp the key points of document review and customer communication.

At the training site, the nine sales assistants acted as "knowledge seekers" and held in-depth discussions on confusions in document interpretation and challenges in customer consultation encountered in daily work. In the practical exercise session, everyone took the initiative to practice and refine repeatedly, addressed skill gaps through knowledge exchanges, and standardized business operations via idea sharing.
